Liberation Bootcamp – Terms & Conditions (Updated)

1. Program Overview

Liberation Bootcamp is a digital, self-paced transformational program designed to support personal, emotional, and spiritual growth. Upon purchase, participants gain access to course materials, resources, and community support for a specified duration.

2. Access Duration

All participants will have access to the program for 6 months (180 days) from the date of initial payment (full payment or first installment).

3. Tiered Access Structure

Liberation Bootcamp is offered in three tiers:

• Transformation Zone
  Access to all program content and community support.
• Thrive Zone
  Includes everything in Transformation Zone plus one (1) private Discovery Session.
• Transcendence Zone
  Includes everything in Transformation Zone plus four (4) private Deep-Dive Sessions.

4. Private Sessions (Where Applicable)

Participants in Thrive and Transcendence Zones are entitled to coaching sessions under the following conditions:

• Sessions must be scheduled within the 6-month access period
• Sessions are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
• Sessions must be used within the access period or will be forfeited
• Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited without rescheduling
• The organization reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary

5. Payment Terms

Full Payment

Participants may choose to pay the full program fee upfront.

Installment Payment Option

• Installments are split into two (2) payments
• The first payment grants access to the program
• The second payment must be completed within 30 days
• Continued access to all program benefits is dependent on completing full payment

6. Failure to Complete Installments

Failure to complete the second installment within the stated timeframe may result in:

• Suspension or termination of access to the program
• Loss of access to community and resources
• Forfeiture of any remaining benefits, including private sessions

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access, no exceptions will be made.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including videos, workbooks, and resources, are the intellectual property of Liberation Bootcamp.

Participants may not:

• Share, reproduce, or redistribute materials
• Resell or repurpose content for commercial use

9. Community Guidelines

Participants are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate conduct within all community platforms.

Any form of:

• Harassment
• Abuse
• Disruptive behavior

may result in removal from the program without refund.

10. Program Nature Disclaimer

Liberation Bootcamp provides spiritual, personal, and emotional growth support.

It does not:

• Replace professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice
• Guarantee specific results or outcomes

Participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

11. Upgrades Between Tiers

Participants may upgrade to a higher tier by paying the price difference at any time during their access period, subject to availability. Downgrades are not permitted after purchase.

12. Discounts & Promotions

Any discounts, coupon codes, or promotional offers are time-bound and may not be applied retroactively after purchase. Only one promotional offer may be used per transaction unless otherwise stated.

13. Modifications

Liberation Bootcamp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

14. Agreement

By purchasing and participating in Liberation Bootcamp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
