1. Access Duration

Participants receive 6 months (180 days) access to the Program.
Access begins immediately from the date of payment, whether full payment or the first installment is made.

2. Tiered Program Structure

The Program is offered in three tiers:

• Mastery Foundation – Full access to all program content and community.
• Mastery Plus – Includes everything in Foundation plus one (1) Discovery Session.
• Mastery Genius – Includes everything in Foundation plus four (4) Deep-Dive Sessions.

All tier benefits are non-transferable and must be used within the 6-month access period.

3. Private Sessions (Where Applicable)

Participants in Mastery Plus and Mastery Genius tiers are entitled to private sessions under the following conditions:

• Sessions must be scheduled and used within the 6-month access period.
• Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
• Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.
• The organization reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary.

4. Payment & Installment Plan

4.1 Full Payment

Full payment grants instant access to the entire Program and the 6-month community.

4.2 Installment Plan

The Program may be paid for in two installments.
The second installment is due 30 days after the first payment.

4.3 Access & Installments

• Access is granted immediately after the first installment is paid.
  · Access granted at first installment is temporary and contingent on completing the payment plan.
  · If the second installment is not paid by the 30-day mark:

• Access to the program and community will be automatically revoked.
• The participant will be removed from the WhatsApp community.
• The registration will be marked as incomplete.
• Any tier-specific benefits, including private sessions, will be forfeited.
• No refunds will be granted.

Once the second installment is paid, access is restored and extended to cover the full 6-month access period from the date of the first payment.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Program and the immediate granting of digital content, all payments are final and non-refundable.
No cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds will be permitted once payment is made.

6. Program Delivery

The Program is delivered on demand, meaning you can watch lessons at your pace within the 6-month window.
Videos and core teaching content are streamed only and cannot be downloaded.
Workbooks and select materials may be downloaded for personal use only.

7. Accountability & Learning Community

Participants will be added to a WhatsApp community, active for the full 6-month access period.
The community is created for:

• accountability
• encouragement
• peer reflection
• deepening the healing journey

Respectful conduct is required at all times. Participants engaging in harmful or disruptive behaviour may be removed without refund.

8. Non-Transferability of Access

Access to the Program is strictly personal and non-transferable.
Sharing login details, materials, videos, or granting access to third parties is not allowed and will result in immediate account termination with no refund.

9. No Pausing or Extension of Access

Access cannot be paused, extended, frozen, or transferred under any circumstance.
After the 6-month period, access automatically expires.

10. Intellectual Property

All program content (video lessons, audio, worksheets, frameworks, exercises, community materials, and teachings) is the intellectual property of Kharis Coaching.
Redistribution, reproduction, sharing, or repurposing of any content is strictly prohibited.

11. Participant Responsibility

By joining the Program, participants commit to:

• engaging with the materials at their pace
• participating respectfully in the community
• maintaining personal confidentiality and emotional safety
• applying teachings with integrity
• seeking additional professional or therapeutic support when needed (the Program is not a substitute for therapy)

12. Liability Disclaimer

The Program provides spiritual, emotional, and personal development guidance.
It does not replace therapy, psychiatric support, medical care, or legal advice.
Participants engage voluntarily and are responsible for their personal decisions and outcomes.

13. Discounts & Promotions

Any discounts, coupon codes, or promotional offers are time-bound and may not be applied retroactively after purchase. Only one promotional offer may be used per transaction unless otherwise stated.

14. Agreement

By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
