LIBERATION BOOTCAMP TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Registration and Payment
1.1. Payment Terms
Full payment or the first installment of the payment plan must be completed to secure your spot in the bootcamp.
Participants opting for the installment plan must complete the second tranche within two weeks of the bootcamp start date.
1.2. Refund Policy
Refunds are available up to one week before the commencement of the bootcamp. After this period, no refunds will be processed.
Refunds are subject to a 5% administrative fee.
1.3. Deferment Policy
Registration may be deferred to the next cohort only once.
Participants deferring to a future cohort must pay any differences in bootcamp fees if applicable.

2. Participation Requirements
2.1. Time Commitment
LBC is an intensive program. Participants are expected to dedicate approximately 2 hours, 3-4 days per week, to fully engage with the program.
2.2. Program Delivery
The bootcamp is fully virtual, with learning modules hosted on a digital platform and live sessions conducted via Zoom.
Participants must have a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and a quiet space for sessions.
2.3. Engagement Expectations
Participants are encouraged to actively participate in live sessions, group discussions, and activities to maximize the value of the program.
While group sharing is encouraged, it is not mandatory, and privacy will always be respected.

3. Private Sessions (For Private Session Plans)
3.1. Private sessions will commence from the 4th week of the bootcamp.
3.2. Scheduling of private sessions will be done in consultation with the lead coach.
3.3. Missed private sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled.

4. Learning Platform and Materials
4.1. Access Duration
Participants will have access to the learning platform for two months after the end of the bootcamp.
4.2. Use of Materials
All program materials, including workbooks and session recordings, are for personal use only. Participants are prohibited from sharing, reproducing, or distributing these materials without written permission from the Organizer.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy
5.1. Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories or experiences shared by other participants during sessions.
5.2. The Organizer will ensure the confidentiality of all information shared by participants during the bootcamp.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content provided during the bootcamp, including but not limited to workbooks, modules, and session recordings, is the intellectual property of Kharis Coaching.
6.2. Unauthorized use or distribution of program content will result in immediate removal from the bootcamp without a refund and may lead to legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Organizer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.
7.2. The program is designed for educational and transformational purposes. It does not replace professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

8. Code of Conduct
8.1. Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive attitude towards facilitators, coaches, and fellow participants.
8.2. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who exhibits disruptive, offensive, or harmful behaviour without a refund.

9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
9.2. Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the terms.
